The Goddess Durga
This Sunday I am excited to present a workshop and yoga class exploring Shakti, or Divine Feminine energy. This energy is part of each of us, female and male, and is the creative force in our lives. We will examine how Shakti manifests in our lives through an exploration of the Hindu goddesses. Each goddess is an aspect of Shakti energy and expresses her power, her creative force, in a particular way. Join us to discover how these wonderful energies manifest in our world and dance through our lives.
